THE ROLE:
The primary role of an Account Manager is to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by ensuring service satisfaction, contractual accuracy and account growth. This multifaceted position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships while engaging customers at all levels, including senior levels of the customer organization.
- Understand customer business strategy and business case and drive alignment between customer objectives and company capabilities.
- Act as a company focal point for drafting relationship strategies, account, and sales planning, reviewing contracts and conducting negotiations.
- Develop and provide functional demonstrations of the solutions to clients and solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities to provide actionable inputs to company’s product management teams.
- Conduct comprehensive account review at least quarterly with customers.
- Provide guidance and management of the client through decision-making processes regarding cost-benefit, timelines, operational and change management issues.
- Ensure early engagement in the customer buying process to diagnose customers’ needs and tailor solutions to match them.
- Oversee the customer life cycle and ensure organizational alignment to proactively drive adoption and usage of NN services.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years of account management experience in a creative advertising agency is strongly preferred
- Experience in the entertainment industry is strongly preferred
- Creative and ‘out of the world’ mindset with experience in campaign planning and idea generation
- Brilliant communication skills
- Sets stretch goals and holds self and others to high standards of performance.
- Consistently acts with integrity and invests in building trust with all colleagues and clients
- A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing Surroundings Group family
WORK SCHEDULE:
You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is a minimum 40 hours per week during 9:30am-5pm EST business hours Monday-Friday, and work from our Tampa, FL office. Must be open to working weekends and travel at times.
