Harley explains the popularity, saying, ‘Everyone enjoys learning from someone with real experience—in this case, that experience comes from a lifetime on the water. Boat owners can now use me as a direct resource instead of relying on the internet or learning as they go.’ This personal connection with boaters inspired the creation of the group events.
